Smart Water Leak Detector
The smart water leak detector from UbiBot is the perfect solution for 24/7 detection of conductive liquid leaks. This water leak sensor is sensitive and accurate and immediately triggers an alarm when a leak is detected.
When UbiBot smart water leak detector detects the liquid, it will trigger an audible and visual alarm immediately and display the location of the leak on the LCD screen in real time.
Each detector has two ports, each of which can connect up to two (2) leak detection cables. These cables can be connected and extended with a patch cord up to 100m.
This device also have a 220V solid relay output which can activate pumps, solenoid valves, and other similar components.
Available in Wifi, SIM and Ethernet models which is perfect for any application, solution and budget. Requires a 12V, 2 amp power adapter.
Pair the Smart Water Leak Detector with Other UbiBot Devices for Complete Protection:
Pair the UbiBot leak detector with with a GS1 wireless data logger for complete protection of your vital infrastructure. If water is detected, the water leak sensor will send an alert to you. The GS1 series will monitor temperature and humidity.
This combination is perfect for server room, laboratories and museums where water could damage equipment and artifacts.
Alternatively use a TH30S-B combination temperature and humidity probe with the SP1 wifi smart plug to automate your HVAC system. The SP1 wifi smart plug activates your HVAC system when a temperature or humidity threshold is reached.
If you do not need a stand-alone water sensor then consider the water immersion sensor paired with a GS1 environmental data logger. This sensor has a lower price point and has a single detection point compared to the two detection cables of the smart water leak detector.

UbiBot IoT Platform, App and Alerts:
Your UbiBot water leak sensor automatically synchronizes data with a WiFi, SIM or Ethernet network connection (model dependant) to the UbiBot IoT Platform. You have remote access to your data via UbiBot App or Web Console platform on a PC anywhere in the world and allowing you to receive alerts via voice, email, SMS and the App, and monitor the environment in real time.
The UbiBot IoT Platform is compatible with IFTTT, Alexa, Google Assistant, Google Sheets.
