$25 flat rate shipping for orders less than $250.
Free shipping* on orders of $250 or more, before applicable taxes, to Canadian addresses. *Exceptions apply to rural addresses.
Default shipping is Purolator Express for most orders. Canada Post Expedited or Purolator Ground shipping will be used for all other shipments including to rural addresses and for orders with a dimensional weight of 5kg or more.
Customers may request an alternative shipping service. UbiBot Canada may charge the additional shipping costs to the customer.
Customers are responsible for shipping costs to addresses outside of Canada.
All products are shipped FoB; customer accepts responsibility for delivery and any lost shipments as soon as the courier takes delivery of the order. Customers can only claim the shippers default shipping insurance.
Customers can request a quote from UbiBot Canada to fully insure their shipment.
General Terms
Refunds, if applicable, will be issued within 2 weeks of UbiBot Canada receiving the item.
We reserve the right the adjust the return value if the adjusted order value (original value less returned items) falls below the $250 level for free shipping. The adjusted return value may reflect the shipping cost of the adjusted order value.
Shipping costs are not refundable, except where UbiBot Canada ships items not ordered by a customer.
All returns must be authorized by UbiBot Canada. Please Contact Us with your order number and details of the products that you want to return.
All refunds will be processed by the original method of payment.
Unopened Products
New, unopened products, with original condition packaging and an unbroken security seal can be returned at customer’s expense within 30 days of delivery.
Opened Products
Open products, with original condition packaging are subject to a restocking fee of 30 percent and can be returned at customer’s expense within 30 days of delivery.
Products Under Limited Warranty Claim
Subject to UbiBot Canada’s limited warranty, UbiBot Canada will not charge shipping costs to customers for replacement products.
Payment for orders can be made by Paypal, Visa, Mastercard, etransfer or wire transfer.
We will not sell or reveal your data or information for any reason except if compelled by law.
UbiBot Canada offers a 1-year limited performance warranty on all products from the date of purchase.
The warranty covers manufacturing defects and product performance provided that the products are used within manufacturer specifications.
UbiBot Canada is not responsible for any product used outside of manufacturer specifications. This includes but is not limited to exposure to humidity, water and temperature.
UbiBot Canada is not responsible for products that are damaged by customer actions or neglect.
UbiBot Canada is not responsible for any loss or damage caused to a customers business, inventory, property, or income or expenses due to UbiBot devices or services including the online Console or mobile app..
