Rainfall Sensor Description:

The UbiBot rainfall sensor accurately measures rainfall with an error of as little as 0.32mm. Build a custom wireless weather station with this wireless rain gauge and a UbiBot wireless data logger.

Applications:

Combine several UbiBot accessories with GS1 series wireless data loggers to build a custom wireless weather station to measure rainfall, solar intensity, wind speed and direction, temperature, and humidity.

Your UbiBot weather station can be used to construction sites, mountain huts and cabins, greenhouses, farms and any place where you need accurate, real-time weather data.

Connect your custom WiFi weather station to the UbiBot cloud with WiFi , SIM or ethernet (depends on the GS1 model) and use the mobile app or web console to review historical and current conditions. Set threshold triggers for the monitored weather conditions and receive alerts to your cell phone, computer or tablet.

UbiBot IoT Platform, App and Alerts:

Your UbiBot wireless data logger automatically synchronizes data with a WiFi, SIM or Ethernet network connection (model dependant) to the UbiBot IoT Platform. You have remote access to your data via UbiBot App or Web Console platform on a PC anywhere in the world and allowing you to receive alerts via voice, email, SMS and the App, and monitor the environment in real time.

Notes:

• This sensor is compatible with the GS1 series wireless data loggers only. This device will not work with the SP1 WiFi smart plug, WS1-A temperature data loggers or WS1-Pro WiFi data loggers.
• Some GS1 wireless data loggers are not compatible with the rainfall sensor.
• The GS1 data logger must be powered with a 12v power adapter or solar cell panel paired with a battery when using this sensor.
• This is an oversize item and may incur special shipping charges.
