This is the first of two invoices. This is for the flat temperature probe.

• All prices are in Canadian dollars.
• Taxes are based on delivery to Alberta. A different mailing address may change the applicable taxes.
• Shipping within Canada is included for orders larger than $300.
• The customer is responsible for return shipping costs for unwanted products.
• Ubibot Canada is responsible for return shipping costs if the incorrect items are shipped and for defective items per Ubibot Canada’s limited warranty.
• Returns of unopened products will be accepted if requested within 30 days of delivery.
• Open products can be returned only if they are defective.
• All returns are subject to inspection for damage and non-performance.
• Refunds, if applicable, will be made by the original payment method within 10 business days or receipt of the return products.
• Ubibot Canada offers a 1-year limited warranty of all products sold. Defective products will be replaced with the closest equivalent product. This guarantee is limited to the products sold and does not extend to the Ubibot cloud software or to any losses incurred because of defective Ubibot products.
• Most shippers have default insurance of $100. The customer can request additional insurance or another shipment method.
• The customer assume liability for delivery when the shipper picks up the order from Ubibot’s warehouse.
